- 3/26/2024: Daniel Hartness forwarded a website to Mike about an organization that grants money for churches to build. It is a specific link through GrantForward.
- 3/25/2024: Survey was completed for the Property and pdf sent out on 3/27/2024
- 3/17/2024: Mike met with the other Elders to discuss the house's designation options and upcoming expenditures.
- 3/13/2024: Bruno and Mike met with Jonathan and Josh to discuss upcoming property items. Finance Team has approved the Property team for up to $15,000 for the survey and additional items as needed.
- 3/11/2024: Bruno and available Team members meet with Rodney from Brush Mountain builders at the property.
- 3/10/2024: Team members have 2nd meeting. Had a report from Bruno on zoning, inspection concern, and survey status and discussed accepting Phase 2 & 3 fo the building project.<==click to view meeting minutes
- 3/5/2024: Bruno and some Team members tour a stick built church constructed by Shetler's Excel Construction and a metal building. Videos posted to team page.
- 3/4/2024: Bruno meets with Catawba County Assistant Zoning Manager Madison Whisnant to get information regarding what we need and can expect.
- 3/3/2024: Mike gives elders a tentative acceptance of the Team taking on the building for phases 2 and 3.
- 3/3/2024: Elders approve $5000 expenditure from building fund for survey.
- 2/28/2024: We get a commitment from David Clark to survery both parcels of the property for $5000.
- 2/12/2024: Mike, Bruno, and Joe meet with Virgil from the SBC to be advised on planning for the property.
- 2/8/2024: Bruno and some Team members tour a metal building at Redemption Racing. Video posted to team page.
- 2/4/2024: Team is formally asked by the elders to take over the property house for phase 2 (the basement) and phase 3 (the 2nd floor).
- 2/4/2024: Team webpage made available to Team.
- 1/28/2024: First Team meeting to establish expectations
