If you would like your event promoted, you should submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Room reservation requests are on a first come-first serve basis with pre-planned ministry use taking priority.

For budget requests, please contact Susan West or one of VerticalLife's elders for assistance prior to making purchases.

(this includes requesting any volunteer support, financial support, leadership support, promotional needs, set-up/clean-up, follow-up and procuring supplies.)
